Account & data deletion
How to delete local journal content or request deletion of Navi-controlled account and authentication data.
Updated: November 3, 2026
Delete content on your device
You can delete individual entries using Navi’s available controls. To remove all locally stored content, you can clear Navi’s app storage in Android settings or uninstall the app, subject to device and backup behavior. Delete any exported backup files separately from their saved locations.
Request deletion of account-related data
If you have used Google Sign-In or Navi’s authenticated features and want us to delete information we control that is associated with your account or authentication identity, email navijournal.support@gmail.com with the subject “Navi account and data deletion request”.
Include the Google email address you used with Navi, if applicable, so we can locate and verify the request. Do not send passwords, private keys, or unnecessary journal information. If more verification is required, we will contact you.
We will respond to deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and identify any information that must be retained for legal, security, or transaction-record reasons.
What this does not delete automatically
Deleting an account-related identity does not remotely erase data that is stored only on your device, exported backups in your possession, or records held independently by Google Play or other third-party services. Signing out is also not the same as requesting account deletion.
